David joined Benoy in 1995 and became a Director in 2001. He is Head of Benoy’s London Studio.

David has exceptional knowledge of the Retail and Leisure sectors and has incorporated this expertise into his work on Town Centre Regeneration. His portfolio is broad and embraces the masterplanning of city quarters to the remodelling of existing retail developments.

David has led some of Benoy’s key projects in the UK and internationally, which include Val D’Europe Mall in Paris, Inorbit in Mumbai and the award-winning Design and Masterplanning of Woking Town Centre.

Mike joined Benoy in 1994 and became a Director in 2004.

Mike has delivered projects throughout the UK, Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Asia. This experience influences his work and allows him to present highly creative design solutions to a global client base.

Acknowledged across a number of services and sectors including Architecture, Masterplanning, Retail, Residential and Leisure, Mike’s work at Benoy includes the award-winning Bullring, Birmingham, The Cornerhouse, Nottingham, Viva, Odense and Nacka Forum, Stockholm.

Paul joined Benoy in 2007 and became a Director in 2014.

As a Director and the Head of Benoy's Middle East and North Africa Studios, Paul is responsible for developing business and leading projects across the region.

Recognising the region’s most respected leaders in architecture, Paul was awarded Principal of the Year 2014 by Middle East Architect. Paul was also named the “5th Most Powerful Architect” in Middle East Architect’s Power List 2015.

Paul led the design team responsible for the award-winning development The Beach in Dubai and is currently engaged on a raft of mixed-use, retail and hospitality projects across the MENA region.

Julian has a long affiliation with Benoy, originally joining in 1978 and spending 23 years with the firm.

He was one of the Founding Directors of Benoy's London Studio and was involved with some of the firm's most recognised landmarks of the time, Bluewater in Kent and Bullring in Birmingham.

Julian now heads up Benoy Hong Kong, overseeing the operational and day-to-day management of Benoy's largest studio.

Qin joined Benoy in 2006 and became a Director in 2014. He is the Head of Shanghai Studio.

Qin has over 20 years' experience working on a series of major projects around the world, ranging from city centre mixed-use schemes to museums, retail and commercial developments.

Qin has worked in Benoy's Newark and Shanghai Studios. He is currently the lead designer of the Qiantan Office Park scheme in Shanghai which was shortlisted at the prestigious World Architecture Festival Awards in 2014.

Omid joined Benoy in 2012 and became a Director and Head of the Beijing Studio in 2014.

Omid has been involved in extending Benoy’s portfolio throughout China with projects including Vanke Plaza and Intime developments in Chengdu and Hangzhou.

Andy has worked on the Mall of India and the highly anticipated Lan Kwai Fong Wuxi development in China.

Whilst commercially aware, Craig strives to provide highly creative design solutions. He has global experience in the Entertainment, Retail and Leisure sectors and his expertise spans from Interior Architecture and Design through to Strategic Planning and Signage.

Craig has worked on some of Benoy's most significant projects, which include Elements Mall in Hong Kong and The Promenade at Galaxy Macau. Currently
he is involved in the delivery of Changi Airport’s Terminal 4 and Jewel projects
in Singapore.

Brady's international portfolio spans Asia, America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Recognised for his experience and expertise in both design and project management, Brady excels in delivering schemes from the Masterplanning stage
to Conceptual Design, Schematic Design and Design Development.

He has been involved in some of Benoy's key schemes such as IFC Mall in Seoul, Chendgu IFS, Lan Kwai Fong Wuxi and the masterplan for DreamCenter in Shanghai.

Winnie has worked in London, Hong Kong and China. Her experience across this variety of locations has given her a genuine understanding of international design.

in Shanghai and high-profile future Suzhou Center in China.

Alan has over 25 years’ experience in Architecture and Interior Design, working

Alan has been involved in a number of significant projects at Benoy including

Simon's project experience encompasses strategic planning and design for shopping centres, airports, financial services, fashion retailing, automotive retailing, exhibitions, offices and hospitality.

At Benoy, Simon has worked on a number of key projects including the Horizon Mall in Wuhan, Riverside 66 in Tianjin and Hong Kong's International Airport Enhancement.

She has worked on a number of Benoy’s most significant projects including the INDIGO mixed-use development, EAST Hotel in Beijing, Raffles City in Shenzhen and Parquesur in Madrid.

Terence joined Benoy in 2014 as a Divisional Director. He is the Head of Singapore Studio.

Having studied and practiced in Singapore, China and London, Terence has a diverse portfolio which includes projects across Southeast Asia and Europe.

Skilled at delivering a range of projects from large-scale, mixed-use developments to individual residences, Terence has valuable insight across multiple sectors.

Terence is currently involved in the delivery of the high-profile Jewel Changi Airport development in Singapore.

Stephen has worked on several of Benoy's high-profile developments, which include the landmark St. David’s Centre in Cardiff and the innovative redevelopment of the Bullring in Birmingham.

Neil has been involved with several of Benoy's most significant developments including Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Mall of Scandinavia, Stockholm. He is currently working on the new Terminal 4 at Changi Airport in Singapore.

Michelle has worked on a wide range of projects since joining Benoy including the refurbishment of the Chinese Embassy Residential Suites in London and the extension and renovation of Renoma, Poland.

He has been a Façade Team Leader for several key projects in China including Shanghai ifc Mall, INDIGO Beijing and Chengdu IFS.

Rufus’s portfolio includes strategic studies that address real business and consumer situations. His designs strive to improve the customer experience as well as enhance the performance of business.

Rufus’s portfolio at Benoy includes LOTTE WORLD MALL in Seoul and the future K11 Beijing Art Mall in China.

His residential experience ranges from London living to his most recent role in Hong Kong, where he developed an impressive portfolio of residential-led, mixed-use schemes.

With a strong focus across all stages of the development process, Jamie has a solid understanding of the London Design Guide as well as international investor conditions from both the Middle East and Asia.

Rhonda has a solid auditing background from her previous tenure at one of the Big Four accounting firms, as well as extensive experience in locally listed companies and multi-national organisations across the Asia Pacific region.

Based in Hong Kong, Rhonda provides financial leadership in managing the overall Finance function in Asia. She works closely with the management team to develop and implement business and financial strategies.

Coming from an international marketing background, Nancy spent eight years specialising in the Property and Construction sector both in the UK and the Middle East, before moving to Asia in 2011.

Responsible for the marketing strategy for Benoy and its growing portfolio across Asia Pacific, Nancy leads the PR, marketing, communications, events and online media initiatives in the region.

Nina joined Benoy in 2014. Based in Kuala Lumpur, she has over 20 years' experience working across Europe and Asia. A diverse and creative designer, Nina also holds a Masters Degree in Digital Arts.

Her experience ranges from Workplace, Education and Commercial schemes to smaller scale residential properties, as well as Masterplanning.

Nina’s holistic approach enables her to manage the full life of a project with skill and integrity; from concept development
to design detailing, through construction
to completion on site.

She is currently working on the Sime Darby City Centre masterplan, Four Seasons Place and Puchong Prima in Malaysia.

Claire comes from an Interior Design background with over 12 years’ experience combining creative and technical abilities in projects across the UK, Australia and France.

Utilising her knowledge of the design process, she is leading Benoy’s initiative
in Australia working as a liaison between clients and the design team, providing immediate advice on-the-ground.

Having worked in Benoy's London Studio, joining in 2013, she now brings her understanding of the 'One Benoy' Ethos back to Australia.
